Applications of BBa_K1486002
This biobrick, as well as BBa_K1486005, was used to test the arabinose promoter in our constructs.
E coli cells were transformed with this biobrick and incubated in serial dilutions of arabinose. The fluorescence intensity was then measured with a plate reader.
This part worked as expected, as seen on the main page.
